Healthy protein filled breakfast oatmeal 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup oatmeal
  • 3 tbsp hemp seed hearts
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup of almond milk & water (1/3 cup each)
  • Handful of raspberries, blueberries, 1 slices banana, or other fruit of preference

Directions: 

  • Cook the oatmeal in water and almond milk according to the package directions
  • Stir in the hemp seed hearts and chia seeds
  • Put in a bowl and place the fruit on top
